  My review:       Romance Nº 1   is a piece in three sections, with an accompanied melody texture and a tranquil tempo, creating an atmosphere of calm and reflection. The thematic unity and the constant accompaniment of arpeggios give the piece a sense of cohesion, with a second development section and a third recapitulation section.   My review:

     The gavotte is a French folk dance named after the village of Gavot.
Initially a circle dance, it became a court dance in the late 16th century, becoming popular during the reign of King Louis XIV when the famous composer Jean Baptiste Lully became the royal court composer.
Although the gavotte has evolved somewhat throughout history, it is essentially a dance with a moderate character and in 2/2 or 4/4 time.
It generally begins anacrustically.
It usually has a bipartite form, that is, two sections with their repetitions.
In the case of the gavotte we are discussing today, it has a thetic beginning and could be divided into three sections, since the last feels more like a restatement of the first than a repetition of the second.
