  My review:       Romance Nº 1   is a piece in three sections, with an accompanied melody texture and a tranquil tempo, creating an atmosphere of calm and reflection. The thematic unity and the constant accompaniment of arpeggios give the piece a sense of cohesion, with a second development section and a third recapitulation section. Donna Mitchell - Mystic Mountain

  My personal review:

  Mystic Mountain is a piano piece with a light, cheerful, and brilliant character.
    Its structure is free, although the musical motifs are repeated in varying ways.
  The use of the pentatonic scale in the climactic moments is particularly noteworthy, as is the small homage to Claude Debussy by paraphrasing one of his most famous musical motifs at the end of the piece.
