  My review:       Romance Nº 1   is a piece in three sections, with an accompanied melody texture and a tranquil tempo, creating an atmosphere of calm and reflection. The thematic unity and the constant accompaniment of arpeggios give the piece a sense of cohesion, with a second development section and a third recapitulation section. Ronald Karle - Meditation Eleven

  My review: 

    Meditation Eleven is a piece with a moderate tempo, in which the composer mixes some of the resources used in previous meditations.

    On this occasion, the composer has chosen textures that are a little more complex and varied than in the other meditations.

The constant use of syncopations and off-beat rhythms is striking.

    It should be noted that Karle claims that his Meditations are pieces to "play at home" in order to relax and meditate.
