  My review:       Romance Nº 1   is a piece in three sections, with an accompanied melody texture and a tranquil tempo, creating an atmosphere of calm and reflection. The thematic unity and the constant accompaniment of arpeggios give the piece a sense of cohesion, with a second development section and a third recapitulation section. Sandra Zylstra - Pachelbel's Noel

    My review:

    Pachelbel's Noel is a Christmas song arranged by American composer and piano teacher Sandra Zylstra.

    The piece intersperses fragments of the well-known Canon by Johann Pachelbel and the famous traditional English carol The First Noel (also known as The First Noël or The First Nowel), which could have been composed in the 17th or 18th century, although the author is unknown.

    In this arrangement for solo piano by Zylstra, both melodies follow one another continuously, resulting in a deeply religious work, of a calm and slow nature, which invites us to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas.
